Rajit Gholap - Director of Finance, Governance and Technology

Rajit is our Director of Finance, Governance and Technology, and he joined us in May 2023.

He’s responsible for making sure that we operate effectively and sustainably. Rajit leads our strategic business planning and budgeting process, ensuring we have appropriate funds and technology to underpin our ability to achieve our mission.

Rajit is a chartered accountant by profession and joins us from his most recent role as Director of Finance at Teach First. He has a strong background in not-for-profit, social enterprises and social purpose organisations, having previously worked with large housing associations, growing charities and NHS trusts.

He is a trustee of organisations that between them ran a smoking cessation helpline, led international development projects, published a weekly magazine, and oversaw a leading school in Lebanon.

Rajit enjoys running half marathons (at a medium pace!) and spending time with his young family.
