Overview

We are sharing projects and innovations in prostate cancer care with healthcare professionals and anyone these may be useful to every few months. Our previous events have included topics around the Faster Diagnostic Standard and addressing prostate cancer inequalities.

At this innovation event in May 2022, we brought together over 70 stakeholders invested in transforming prostate cancer pathways to help tackle inequalities. This event provided a space for healthcare professionals to share best practice and showcase how they’re driving forward innovations.

 We're interested in hearing about projects including (but not limited to):

  • Prostate cancer risk awareness campaigns 
  • Diagnosing prostate cancer earlier, e.g. the faster diagnostic standard, optimal timed pathway for prostate cancer and rapid diagnostics 
  • Nurse-led triage 
  • Implementation of mpMRI and LATP biopsy 
  • Personalised care and supported self-management
