Contact Our Specialist Nurses

Call us for free, unbiased, confidential support and information.
There's no such thing as a silly question. We can also help partners, family members, friends, and health professionals. Our nurses have time for you Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm.
We often find that talking on the phone offers the best form of support and information. It's also a good way to contact us with more complex questions. But if you'd rather message us, you can always do so on Live Chat, WhatsApp or by filling out our email contact form.
You can also text NURSE to 70004 to request a call back from a Specialist Nurse.
Please note that we don’t have access to your medical notes, can't liaise with your healthcare team and cannot give medical advice.
Our services open slightly later on Wednesdays - we'll be here 10am-5pm.
The nurses are so supportive and have helped me no end. I don't know what I'd have done without you. Being able to speak to somebody one on one who really knows their stuff is invaluable.
Chat to us on Live Chat
A chat window will appear at the bottom of your screen if one of the Specialist Nurses is available to chat during our opening hours. Message us to receive a quick response.
Email us
We aim to respond to your enquiry as soon as possible. If you want a quicker response, or if you have lots of questions, you may find it easier to call our Specialist Nurses on 0800 074 8383.
