We’re committed to stopping prostate cancer being a killer. Men and their families facing prostate cancer need you, more than ever, over the coming weeks and months. March the Month
March the Month is a virtual walking challenge everyone can get involved with. Walk 11,000 steps a day throughout March to represent more than 11,000 dads, partners, grandads, sons, brothers, uncles and mates who die from prostate cancer every year. Find out more.

Run the Month is a virtual challenge for runners everywhere of all abilities. Throughout April, run 50 miles or more your way, whether it’s a mile at a time or two marathons in the month. Find out more.
