Keep moving

March the Month

March the Month is a virtual walking challenge everyone can get involved with. Walk 11,000 steps a day throughout March to represent more than 11,000 dads, partners, grandads, sons, brothers, uncles and mates who die from prostate cancer every year. Find out more.


Run the Month

Run the Month is a virtual challenge for runners everywhere of all abilities. Throughout April, run 50 miles or more your way, whether it’s a mile at a time or two marathons in the month. Find out more.


Organise your own march

Organising your own march is a great way to challenge yourself and raise money to help beat prostate cancer. How far you want to walk and how much you want to raise is totally up to you, but set yourself a target that you think is achievable. Find out more.

Birthday fundraiser

Why not donate your birthday and set-up a Facebook fundraiser by asking friends and family to donate what they would have spent on gifts, cards or a night out with you celebrating.


Donate your day

Don’t stop celebrating what should have been your special day – wedding, birthday or anniversary. We know you can’t wait to reschedule and celebrate in person, but why not take this opportunity to ask for donations for a cause close to you by setting up a Facebook fundraiser.
