How to send in your fundraising
Thank you for raising lifesaving funds!
Fundraising using a platform
If you’re fundraising online using a platform like Just Giving, your money will be sent directly to us so there’s nothing you need to do. If you want to close your online fundraising page, you can manage your account through the platform website.
Cash donations
Please do not send cash in the post.
If you’re fundraising offline with cash donations, there are four ways to pay in your money:
Online
You can pay in by card via our website. Please contact us to get your unique reference code so we can make sure it goes towards your amazing fundraising total.
Bank deposit or BACS
If you would like to make a bank transfer, please call 0800 082 1616 or email [email protected] for our bank account details.
By post (cheques and sponsorship forms)
Please make cheques payable to Prostate Cancer UK. Please contact us to get your unique reference code to add to the back of the cheque so we can make sure it goes towards your amazing fundraising total. Please send it to Prostate Cancer UK, The Counting House, 53 Tooley Street, London, SE1 2QN.
If you’ve been using one of our sponsorship forms to collect money, please include this in your letter, as this will allow us to claim Gift Aid on any marked donations.
By phone
To pay by card over the phone, please call us on 0300 045 0002.
Gift Aid
If you are collecting cash donations use our sponsorship form, UK taxpayers can select the Gift Aid option. We may be able to claim an extra 25% of your donations without costing you an extra penny! That means for every £1 your supporters donate, we could get an extra 25p to support men living with prostate cancer. Find out more about Gift Aid and fill in our online Gift Aid Form if you are eligible and would like to go the extra mile for lifesaving research.
Certificate
Once you’ve finished fundraising, please let us know so we can send you a certificate and thank you for all your support. Drop the team an email at [email protected]. We’d love to see any photos or videos you took at your event!
