The Tour de 4 is a ride about communities coming together. Ride for Prostate Cancer UK and turn your gears towards challenging perceptions, raising vital awareness and funds, and inspiring hope for everyone affected by cancer.

We’re proud to have been selected as an official charity partner for Sir Chris Hoy's Tour de 4 ride.

    Chris Hoy3
“It’s really important for me to shine a spotlight on what a Stage 4 cancer diagnosis can look like and demonstrate that it is possible to live well and lead a happy life alongside this devastating diagnosis.”
    Sir Chris Hoy

    How to get involved

Open to all, the Tour de 4 has different distances and challenges to choose from: from a 56 mile route, to a 1km family ride, to a static cycle challenge - there’s something for everyone.

Follow in Sir Chris Hoy's iconic tyre tracks and pedal to make a difference.

    Choose Prostate Cancer UK

12,000 men die from prostate cancer every year in the UK. By funding research into safer and more accurate diagnostic tests, you can help pave the way to a screening programme, where every man at risk will get an invite to regular tests that can spot cancer early enough for a cure.

Join the Prostate Cancer UK team with your own place

Become part of the Prostate Cancer UK cycling community and receive:
    • A welcome pack stuffed with fundraising tips and information.
    • A Prostate Cancer UK cycling jersey to wear with pride.
    • Expert training advice from professional coaches, including personalised plans.
    • Dedicated help from our team every step of the way - contact us by email or phone whenever you have a question.
    • A thank you certificate, a personal memento to remember the ride.
I’m so excited about the potential of Tour de 4 and hope we can raise vital funds to help support the research and great work that is being done by so many charities in the UK.
