Congratulations to all the riders who took part in the Big Blue Bike Ride on 10 September 2023. It was an incredible event with over 900 riders pedalling together to help beat prostate cancer.
We'd love to see you again next year.

Try out the Classic: a 40 mile route
Cycle the Classic: a 40 mile route past the historic Windsor Castle, crossing the River Thames into Eton and exploring the Chiltern Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Please note these routes are subject to change.

Take on the Epic: 65 miles
Looking for more of a burn? Take on the Epic: a 65-mile route which travels further up into the Chiltern Hills, before rejoining the Classic at Henley-on-Thames. Please note these routes are subject to change.
The Mile for Men
Both routes go through our Mile for Men: a mile within the ride dedicated to all the dads, brothers, partners, grandads, and mates affected by prostate cancer. When you enter the Mile for Men at Dorney Common, take a moment to ride, remember, and reflect:
Ride for the 1 in 8 men affected by prostate cancer in the UK.
Remember and celebrate the times you’ve shared with the men you love.
Reflect on the challenge you’ve taken on to help beat prostate cancer.
Why we need you on the charity's team
1 in 8 men are affected by prostate cancer in the UK. That’s thousands of dads, grandads, partners, brothers, and mates who rely on our support services and the hope from our lifesaving research. By taking on our Big Blue Bike Ride this September and aiming to raise £200, you can make a real difference to the lives of the men we love. Together, we can beat prostate cancer.
What to expect
