The route covers various terrains and takes you through the heart of Surrey and Sussex and over the South Downs. There are pace walkers, physios and medics dotted along the way to help out if need be. And you’ll be well looked after with drinks and energy snacks provided every 12.5km, plus food stops every 25km. After you’ve walked, jogged or sprinted across the finish line, take a well-earned break and refuel with a delicious Brighton brunch.
