The Mile for Men
Both routes go through our Mile for Men: a mile within the ride dedicated to all the dads, brothers, partners, grandads, sons, uncles and mates affected by prostate cancer. It’s a time on the ride to reflect, share stories, or celebrate the life of your loved one affected by prostate cancer.

Why we need you on the team
1 in 8 men are affected by prostate cancer in the UK. That’s thousands of dads, grandads, partners, brothers, sons, uncles and mates who rely on our support services and the hope from our life-saving research. By taking on our Big Blue Bike Ride this September and pledging to raise at least £200, you can make a real difference to the lives of the men we love. Together, we can beat prostate cancer.
Look the part
Sign up and you’ll receive a FREE Prostate Cancer UK branded t-shirt. And if you go the extra mile and raise £500, we’ll send you our blue cycling jersey to wear proudly on your ride.
