Active Surveillance online support group

Each month we run an online support group for men on active surveillance. If you’re on active surveillance and want to chat and share experiences with other men in a similar situation, then join the group.

To join the group, fill out the form below and we’ll send you a link to join the chat before each session.

The group will run on: 2nd Tuesday of every month 7-8pm

Frank and Hugh will be facilitating the sessions. They’ll help to make sure you get the most out of each chat and that everyone is able to share their experiences and support each other.

Unfortunately we get a lot of spam entries on this form, so we need to ask you to prove you are a real person. If you have problems completing this field, please call us on 0800 082 1616.
It would be helpful for our group facilitator to know a little about the range of experience of people in the group. We would be grateful if you could tell us the following info.
