Jenny Liebenberg

Jenny Liebenberg joined Prostate Cancer UK as a Trustee in November 2022. She sits on the Board, is Trustee Lead for Safeguarding, and a member of the People and Remuneration Committee and the Finance, Risk and Assurance Committee.

Jenny has over 20 years’ senior leadership experience in the UK public sector, including roles in organisational development, strategy, policy and change across complex, mission‑driven organisations.

She is Executive Director for People and Culture at the Money and Pensions Service (MaPS), where she leads work to strengthen leadership, organisational effectiveness and workforce capability to support delivery of services and outcomes for citizens.

Jenny is also a qualified executive coach and brings expertise in leadership, culture and organisational capability.

Before joining the Civil Service, Jenny worked in the private sector in South Africa, leading communications and corporate social responsibility programmes across sub‑Saharan Africa.
