Chair of Trustees: Doris Olulode

Doris leads our Board of Trustees to ensure there’s focus on delivering our ambitious strategy and vision.

Doris has extensive global human resources experience from her career at Ford Motor Company at both operational and strategic levels. In her time at Ford, she held senior positions in the UK and overseas, including Head of HR for Australia & New Zealand and HR Director for Europe, Middle East & Africa, as well as leading the African Ancestry Network.

Doris was named by Autocar as one of the top 100 most influential women in the auto industry. 

Doris currently freelances as an HR consultant. She holds non-executive directorships for the Royal Free NHS Foundation Trust, Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital, Clarion Housing Group and the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives. She’s also a Lay Member to the HM Courts & Tribunal Service, bringing expert knowledge to employment tribunals.
