South West Coast 50 Challenge

Take on the South West challenge for 2025 and walk, jog or run the iconic Coastal Path. With a range of distances available, plus camping options and festival style hospitality at basecamp across the weekend, there’s a South West Coast Challenge for everyone.

Join on your own or as a team (families are welcome too) on Saturday 2 August and raise vital funds for Prostate Cancer UK along the way.

Location

From an extensive basecamp in the shadows of the impressive Dunster Castle, you’ll set off on the first Minehead section of the iconic 630-mile Coastal Path. The full 50km loop heads over Exmoor, with ups and downs, magnificent views, and over 1600 metres of elevation to keep things exciting.

Distance

Choose the distance to suit you, including 50km and 25km challenge options, plus a family friendly Dunster 10km event.

What you’ll get

• An inclusive and fun event with a great atmosphere and camaraderie.
• A fully signed route, with a team of ‘Trekmasters’ out on the trail with you.
• Regular covered rest stops, with free food & drink, massages and medics.
