Fundraising rewards

As part of Prostate United 2026, registered participants can earn fundraising rewards when they reach specific fundraising milestones. These rewards recognise the effort participants put into raising money to help fund Prostate Cancer UK’s work.

By taking part in Prostate United 2026 and claiming a reward, participants agree to the terms and conditions below.

Important: The rewards ladder is cumulative. If a participant reaches £500, they are eligible to claim the £50, £300 and £500 rewards, subject to these terms and conditions and reward availability.

Fundraising Reward Incentive Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter The fundraising rewards are provided by Prostate Cancer UK, registered charity in England and Wales (1005541) and Scotland (SC039332), with registered office at Fourth Floor, The Counting House, 53 Tooley Street, London, SE1 2QN.

2. About these terms These terms apply to the Prostate United 2026 fundraising rewards programme only. They do not replace any wider Prostate United event terms, JustGiving terms, or Prostate Cancer UK fundraising guidance.

3. Rewards available Prostate Cancer UK is offering the following rewards to eligible Prostate United 2026 participants:

3.1 a Prostate United beanie for participants who raise £50 or more;

3.2 a Prostate United scarf for participants who raise £300 or more; and

3.3 a Prostate United football shirt for participants who raise £500 or more.

4. Cumulative reward ladder The reward ladder is cumulative. Participants who raise £300 will be eligible to claim the £50 and £300 rewards. Participants who raise £500 will be eligible to claim the £50, £300 and £500 rewards, subject to availability.

5. Eligibility To qualify for a reward, a participant must be registered for Prostate United 2026 and must have an active JustGiving fundraising page linked to Prostate United 2026.

6. Qualifying donations Only donations made directly to the participant’s Prostate United 2026 JustGiving fundraising page will count towards fundraising reward milestones.

8. Gift Aid Gift Aid does not count towards fundraising reward milestones. Reward eligibility will be based on the donation amount raised before Gift Aid is added.

9. Offline donations Offline donations, including cash, cheques, bank transfers or any money not donated directly through the participant’s Prostate United 2026 JustGiving fundraising page, will not count towards fundraising reward milestones.

10. Fundraising deadline To qualify for a reward, participants must reach the relevant fundraising milestone by 23:59 on 30 November 2026. Donations received after this deadline may not count towards reward eligibility.

11. Claiming a reward Eligible participants must claim their reward through Prostate Cancer UK’s online shop. Participants will need to provide their name, email address, delivery address and any required product preferences, such as football shirt size.

12. Claim deadline Reward claims must be submitted by 23:59 on 30 November 2026. Claims submitted after this deadline may not be fulfilled.

13. Opting out Participants do not have to claim a reward. Participants may choose not to receive a reward so that more of the funds raised can support Prostate Cancer UK’s work.

14. Delivery Rewards will be sent to the delivery address provided during the claim process. Participants are responsible for making sure their delivery details are complete and accurate.

14.1 Prostate Cancer UK cannot accept responsibility for rewards that are delayed, lost or returned because incorrect or incomplete delivery details were provided.

14.2 Delivery is available to UK addresses only

14.3 Rewards are expected to be dispatched within 3 working days of an order being processed.

15. Football shirt sizes Participants who qualify for the football shirt may be asked to select a preferred size when claiming. Prostate Cancer UK will make reasonable efforts to provide the chosen size, but sizes are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Sizes are available in S-3XL

16. No cash alternative Rewards are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Rewards cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another participant.

17. Substitution of rewards Prostate Cancer UK reserves the right to substitute any reward with an alternative item of equal or greater value if the advertised reward becomes unavailable, is delayed, or cannot be supplied for reasons outside Prostate Cancer UK’s reasonable control.

18. Product details Reward designs, colours, sizes, materials and specifications may vary from promotional images or descriptions. Prostate Cancer UK will make reasonable efforts to ensure images and descriptions are accurate, but final items may differ slightly.

19. Cancelled, refunded or fraudulent donations If donations contributing towards a reward milestone are cancelled, refunded, reversed or found to be fraudulent, Prostate Cancer UK reserves the right to recalculate the participant’s fundraising total, withdraw reward eligibility, or ask for a reward to be returned if it has already been issued.

20. Participant conduct Prostate Cancer UK reserves the right to withhold or withdraw rewards if there is reason to believe that a participant has breached event rules, fundraising guidance, these terms, any applicable laws or regulations, or has acted in a way that could bring Prostate Cancer UK or Prostate United into disrepute.

21. Data use Personal data provided as part of the reward claim process will be used to administer and fulfil the reward programme. Personal data will be handled in line with Prostate Cancer UK’s privacy policy.

22. Changes to the rewards programme Prostate Cancer UK reserves the right to amend these terms, change reward thresholds, withdraw or substitute rewards, or end the rewards programme where necessary. Any material changes will be communicated through official Prostate United or Prostate Cancer UK channels where reasonably possible.
