Registered office: 53 Tooley Street, London, SE1 7QN (“Prostate Cancer UK”, “we”, “us”, “our” or the “Promoter”).
The prize is funded by JustGiving. The prize draw is administered and fulfilled by Prostate Cancer UK.
2. Eligibility
The prize draw is open to Prostate United participants who:
are aged 18 or over at the time of entry;
legally reside in the UK, including the Channel Islands and Isle of Man;
registered to take part in Prostate United before 27 October 2026; and
use the same email address they used to register for Prostate United when entering the prize draw.
Employees of Prostate Cancer UK, its subsidiary or affiliated companies, members of their immediate families or households, and anyone directly connected with the operation or fulfilment of the prize draw are not eligible to enter.
Prostate Cancer UK reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant. If a winner is found to be ineligible, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and select another eligible winner.
3. How to enter
Automatic entry
Eligible Prostate United participants who raise £150 or more through their Prostate United fundraising page by 23:59 GMT on Monday 2 November 2026 will be automatically entered into the prize draw.
No additional action is required to enter through this route.
Free entry route
No donation or fundraising is required to enter.
Eligible Prostate United participants who have not raised £150 can enter for free by completing the prize draw entry form by 23:59 GMT on Monday 2 November 2026.
Entrants using the free-entry route must provide the same email address they used when registering for Prostate United. This will be used to verify that they registered for Prostate United before 27 October 2026.
Entries submitted using an email address that cannot be matched to an eligible Prostate United registration will not qualify.
4. Number of entries
Each eligible participant is entitled to one entry only.
Raising more than £150 does not provide additional entries or improve an entrant's chances of winning.
Where someone qualifies for automatic entry by raising £150 or more and also completes the free-entry form, they will still receive a maximum of one entry.
All valid entries will be treated equally when the winner is selected, regardless of the route used to enter.
5. Closing date
The prize draw closes at 23:59 GMT on Monday 2 November 2026.
To qualify:
fundraising for an automatic entry must reach £150 by the closing time; or
a valid free-entry form must be received by the closing time.
Fundraising received or free-entry forms submitted after the closing time will not qualify.
6. The prize
There is one prize, consisting of:
two football season tickets for one football club of the winner's choice, up to a maximum value of £400 per ticket and £800 in total.
The prize is subject to availability.
If the winner's chosen season tickets cost more than £400 each, any amount above the £400-per-ticket limit is not included in the prize.
The prize does not include any additional costs associated with using the season tickets, including transport, accommodation, food or other expenses.
There is no cash alternative to the prize. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for another prize except where Prostate Cancer UK considers this necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.
7. Winner selection
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries on Wednesday 4 November 2026.
Each valid entry will be treated equally in the random selection process.
Prostate Cancer UK will take reasonable steps to ensure that the winner is selected fairly and at random.
8. Notification and claiming the prize
The winner will be contacted using the contact details held by Prostate Cancer UK.
The winner must respond within seven days of being notified.
If the winner:
cannot be contacted;
does not respond within seven days;
is found to be ineligible; or
is unable to accept the prize in accordance with these terms,
Prostate Cancer UK reserves the right to withdraw the prize and offer it to a reserve winner selected at random.
9. Availability of season tickets
The prize is subject to the availability and ticketing arrangements of the winner's chosen football club.
Prostate Cancer UK cannot guarantee that season tickets will be available for every football club or in a particular seating area.
The winner may be required to comply with the chosen club's own ticketing terms, eligibility requirements and conditions of entry.
10. Personal data
Personal data used in connection with the prize draw will be processed by Prostate Cancer UK for the purposes of administering the prize draw, confirming eligibility, contacting the winner and fulfilling the prize.
Participation in the prize draw will not change an entrant's existing marketing preferences with Prostate Cancer UK.
11. Winner information and publicity
Prostate Cancer UK may ask the winner for consent to use their name, image and/or county of residence in reasonable publicity relating to the prize draw. Agreeing to such publicity is not a condition of entering or winning the prize.
Where required, information about the winner may be made available in accordance with applicable promotional rules. Entrants may contact Prostate Cancer UK if they object to information about them being made available.
12. Fair participation
Prostate Cancer UK reserves the right to reject an entry where it reasonably believes that an entrant has:
provided false or misleading information;
attempted to manipulate or interfere with the operation of the prize draw;
attempted to gain entries to which they are not entitled; or
otherwise breached these terms and conditions.
The Promoter's decision regarding the administration of the prize draw is final.
13. Changes or cancellation
Prostate Cancer UK reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the prize draw where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this unavoidable.
Where reasonably possible, we will seek to minimise any disadvantage to entrants arising from such a change.
14. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Prostate Cancer UK will not be responsible for losses arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control or from a winner's use of the prize, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
15. Governing law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Entrants retain any legal rights they have as consumers.
