Des and Alec's stories
Through our partnership with Bupa Health, Prostate Cancer UK is producing a series of videos to inform and support men living with prostate cancer.
The series will share real-life experiences from men living with and beyond prostate cancer, offering honest insight into diagnosis, treatment, and life after treatment.
In the first of these videos, Des and Alec tell us about their prostate cancer journeys. They talk openly about how they were diagnosed, the treatments they received, and how these affected their everyday lives.
Our Specialist Nurse Grace also joins them to share her expert insight into treatment options, the support available from Prostate Cancer UK, and guidance for other men on how to get tested for prostate cancer.
