Why now?
Over 510,000 men in the UK live with prostate cancer – and this figure is set to double in the next decade. In the face of this growing existential threat, men need more and soon.
As the UK’s largest men’s health charity, Prostate Cancer UK are driving the change that men need. But we can’t do it alone. We need partners like you.
Invesco can play a vital role in helping us reach those we can’t reach alone, changing the outlook for men, and keeping families together for longer. Let’s face it, that’s the real wealth, after all.

So let’s invest in a better future, together
In a future where:
More of the 1 in 8 men diagnosed with prostate cancer, will survive.
More families could stay together for longer.
More dads will get to see their kids grow up.
More family barbeques, football matches, and Sunday dinners together.
Future generations are invited for routine safe, accurate screening.
More men are investing in themselves, and their health.
But don't just take it from us...
Here's your colleague Gemma for whom, unfortunately like for many other colleagues, prostate cancer is personal.
1 in 8 men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer, so early detection is vital. Prostate cancer has touched my family, which is why this cause is so close to my heart. By choosing Prostate Cancer UK as our charity of the year, we can raise awareness, educate, and help save lives.

Help us drive awareness and save lives
What’s really exciting is the powerful impact you will make above and beyond the amazing fundraising you’ll do!
Together, we will create a national health campaign – driving vital health messaging to all Invesco employees and clients, and leading the way in spotlighting men’s health across financial services.
Through an Invesco specific online risk checker, you’ll be able to just how many men, known and loved to Invesco, and checking their risk and taking action, thanks to you!
At Invesco, you all know the importance and power of understanding risk to drive decisions. Knowing this risk is no exception!

How the money you raise will make a difference

Supporting men, wives, daughters and loved ones, when they need us most, is at the very heart of what we do. Whether it’s for information, guidance, reassurance, comfort or emotional support, more need our help than ever before.
Every £50k you help raise will fund one Specialist Nurse and 5,000 calls. That means, thanks to you, £200k will fund four nurses and 20,000 calls from men and their loved ones, when they need us most.
Families just like Gary's.
During my prostate cancer journey, initially I found it very difficult to get accurate and impartial information. I was recommended to contact Prostate Cancer UK and made contact with their Specialist Nurses, who guided me through a difficult process. They would never tell me what to do but gave me real world facts to make an informed decision.
I made contact with the specialist nurses at Prostate Cancer UK on a couple of occasions before and after Gary’s surgery. I had no one to turn to with my worries concerning the process that he was experiencing. I didn’t feel the need to talk to family or friends about what ‘we’ were going through, and it was the amazing Specialist Nurses who were there to guide me.
