Explore Wales on wheels like never before - a 250-mile journey from Llandudno to Cardiff over three unforgettable days.

Day 1: an 84-mile ride with 8,200ft of elevation from Llandudno to Machynlleth. You’ll get a mighty climb in early as you head up and around the Great Orme before heading through some breathtaking landscapes in Eryi National Park, home to Snowdonia.

A final challenge of the ‘Three Gates’ ascent – 1,300ft of climbing over four miles, with a hard-earned descent finish into Machynlleth.

Day 2: 86 miles to Brecon through some of the most remote but glorious regions of Wales. This route combines landscapes of natural beauty with elevation, but you’ll have plenty to see along the way. You’ll cross Britain’s longest river, the Severn, travel down Wye Valley, and across the Sennybridge Training Area.

You’ll be heading for the finish line, but not before glimpsing the iconic Brecon Beacons and Pen Y Fan.

Day 3: a final 86 miles to the Welsh Capital, Cardiff. Climb the celebrated Gospell Pass, 1,800ft of elevation over five miles through the Black Mountains. A prime example of what goes up… and you’ll enjoy the Vale of Ewyas descent.

The industrial heritage of Wales shines through on the final day, passing through Abergavenny and around Newport. What better way to round off your challenge than with a final climb up and over Caerphilly Mountain before heading to the heart of Cardiff and the final finish line.
