An incredible 8,500 walkers took part in the Edinburgh Kiltwalk in 2025. Follow in their footsteps and take part in Scotland’s biggest walking event in 2026.

The Mighty Stride

Take on the ultimate Kiltwalk Challenge. Open to adults and children age 13+.

Where: Holyrood Park to Scottish Gas Murrayfield Stadium

When: Sunday 13 September

Distance: 21 miles

Registration fee: £20

The Big Stroll

Enjoy the views of Edinburgh as you take on The Big Stroll. Open to adults and children age 10+.

Where: Fisherrow Links (Musselburgh) to Scottish Gas Murrayfield Stadium

When: Sunday 13 September

Distance: 11.2 miles

Registration fee: £20

The Wee Wander

Get the whole family together and take on The Wee Wander. You can even bring your dog! Open to adults and children age 5+.

Where: Victoria Park to Scottish Gas Murrayfield Stadium

Distance: 4.6 miles

Registration fee: £13 for adults, £7 for children age 5-15
