Jenny Liebenberg

Making a difference in the lives of people is at the core of Jenny’s values. She joined us as a Trustee in November 2022 because it offers her the opportunity to make an impact by raising awareness, getting people talking and demystifying this aspect of men’s health. Jenny is an accomplished human resources professional and leadership coach. She has over 20 years’ experience in leadership and management roles, within complex and values-driven environments in the public sector.
She is currently the Executive Director for People, Culture and Skills at the Money and Pensions Service where, in addition to human resources, she is responsible for the money guiders programme. The programme seeks to help organisations and practitioners deliver good quality money guidance throughout the UK by raising the status and profile of money guidance by providing tools, training and practitioner network events.
As a qualified business and executive coach, she has a keen interest in working with senior leaders to unlock their leadership brilliance.
She has spent the last 20 years in the public sector including the Civil Service where she held senior positions in human resources, strategy, change, public policy and communications. She has worked in the Department for Work and Pensions, Home Office, Ministry of Justice and the Department of Health and Social Care. Before emigrating from South Africa in 2002, Jenny worked in the private sector for civil engineering companies leading on communications and corporate social responsibility projects in sub-Saharan Africa.
Jenny is Trustee Lead for Safeguarding.
