This webinar looked at the importance of exercise as part of a healthy lifestyle following prostate cancer treatment.

We heard from a Prostate Cancer UK Specialist Nurse, a physiotherapist who specialises in living with and beyond cancer, and a man with prostate cancer talking about his own experiences.

We ended the webinar with a Q&A session.

NHS – free exercise plans

The NHS provides free exercise plans to help improve your health and wellbeing, covering strength, flexibility, balance and aerobic fitness. They also include exercises that can be completed sitting down, which can be helpful if you haven’t been physically active for a while.

 

Penny Brohn – online classes

Penny Brohn offers a range of online exercise classes for free, including ones focusing on strength and stamina, yoga and tai chi.

Maggie’s – in-person fitness classes
