👉 If you’re a man with prostate cancer and are on, or about to start ADT, this class is for you, no matter how long you’ll be undergoing ADT for.
👉Or if you’re a family member or friend of a man facing ADT you can come with them or by yourself. However, we encourage you to attend together as you may have different topics you want to discuss.
👉Whether you're attending with someone or by yourself, please only fill in our registration form once.
👉We’ll talk about the side effects of ADT and how to manage them. It’s a relaxed, private setting, and you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and discuss your concerns.
👉This class is hosted online through Zoom. You won’t need to download Zoom and can join on any browser such as Chrome, Safari, or Microsoft Edge. We’ll email you the instructions.
👉Be in a private place. We’ll be covering some sensitive topics and we want everyone to feel comfortable to discuss openly and share.
👉Have your camera on. This creates a friendly and relaxed environment where everyone feels comfortable to talk and ask questions.
👉Have a working speaker and a microphone. You can use your laptop, earphones, or headphones so you can hear and speak to everyone on zoom.
👉Think about your questions beforehand. You might want to note down your key questions so they don’t get missed.
👉Family and friends are encouraged to join us. This will be an interactive class, and they can ask questions too.

Meet our Specialist nurses who will host your class about ADT. They’re available to chat about any prostate cancer questions you have via phone, email, live chat, or WhatsApp.
Talking and hearing about others' experiences always helps, and the informal setting was reassuring. It's helped me to face the future.
