FAQs
As an event volunteer you could be:
- Cheering on our participants with your cheers and support all across the UK
- Celebrating achievements and serving up smiles with refreshments at rest stops and receptions.
- Check out our upcoming events and select the opportunity for you
- Create or sign in to your VolunteerHub account
- Receive your email confirmation
- Around four weeks before the event, a team member will be in touch with more details
You don’t need to have volunteered before to join us! The team are on hand to help you feel prepared and confident to get involved.
Prostate Cancer UK will reimburse reasonable out of pocket expenses relating to your volunteering in line with our volunteer expense policy.
Please check any large expenses with our Volunteer Experience Team before incurring any costs.
In line with GDPR, only those 18 and over can complete our event volunteer registration form. However, if you’d like to bring your kids along, or have someone under 18 who’d like to attend too, please drop the team an email for more information.
If you have any accessibility needs, please email the team and they can advise on locations and events that are best suited to meet your needs and provide any support on the day.
