Your gift today will help enable research projects like TRANSFORM, the most comprehensive prostate cancer screening trial ever undertaken, to become a reality. Early diagnosis could prevent up to 40% of prostate cancer deaths – that's thousands of lives each year.

*Any donations made between 27 November and 31 December 2024 will be matched in value by The Freddie Green and Family Charitable Foundation, up to the total value of £300,000.
Funds received during the match funding campaign are unrestricted. The additional 300k donated by The Freddie Green and Family Charitable Foundation will be restricted to the TRANSFORM trial until its specified target is hit.
**Regular gifts set up by Direct Debit will not be eligible for matched funding - due to Direct Debit set up times, first gifts won’t be processed until at least January so will not be eligible. For regular gifts by Credit Card, PayPal and Google Pay or Apple Pay Recurring payments, only gifts if processed during November and December 2024 would be eligible for matching.
