We would kindly ask that you only register for one event. This will give every supporter the opportunity to attend so we can thank them for their support.

We will need to contact you with specific event information in the lead up to the day. If we experience any bad weather we may have to contact you to inform you of cancellation.

Please note these contact details will be used solely for the purpose of contacting you about the Golf Championships only.

Whilst we will do our best to accommodate your needs, unfortunately, we cannot reserve places until we receive a complete registration for you and your guest.

Unfortunately, we cannot confirm your registration for the event until we have the complete details for both you and your guest. But you can change your guest at a later date if needed

It's no problem if you need to change your guest. Please email [email protected] with the name, handicap and dietary requirements of your new guest. We'll then confirm any amendments with you.

We're sorry to hear you can't make it. We wouldn't want you to miss out on attending this event so please do email us at [email protected] and we'll make sure you're invited along next year!

Don't worry, if you are a scratch or negative handicap golfer, please register as normal. Once complete, please email [email protected] with your exact handicap and we will amend this for you.

We will confirm timings with you 4 weeks before the event. However, you should expect to make yourself available for the whole day and evening.

If you are travelling from a long distance or have any questions about timings please let us know immediately by emailing [email protected].

The competition at each event will be a Texas Scramble. You'll be playing in a team of 4 and we'll explain all the rules on the day.

We will be using the World Handicap System at all the events. At registration, we will be asking you to confirm your exact Handicap Index so please do come prepared with this information.

Being a charity day, if you do not have an official Handicap Index, please do let us know what you usually play off and we'll take care of the rest.

Once registered, we strongly advise contacting the golf club as soon as possible to arrange this. There are only a few buggies available at each club.

If you do have any mobility issues and are unable to complete the round on foot, please do let us know so we can make your experience as comfortable as possible.

Absolutely. In order to keep your donations as safe as possible we would kindly ask that you present your donation as a cheque.

Of course! If you would like to do this please let us know in advance so we can prepare a large cheque for you. Or, if you have your own large cheque you're welcome to bring that along too.

Yes, we will be taking photos of the event. Should you prefer that Prostate Cancer UK do not use any such images where you may appear which are taken at the event in any promotional materials or if you do not wish to be the subject of any photography, please notify us by emailing [email protected].
