Sexual support service

Fill in our form and one of our Specialist Nurses will assess whether or not the service will suit your needs.

If not, the Specialist Nurses will help you find the right kind of support for you. 

Our nurses will aim to contact you during the time you have selected, however this may not always be possible. Thank you for your understanding.

We will give you a call to discuss the sexual support service so please provide a number you are happy for us to call you back on. Please be aware that our number will show as withheld when we call you.






Please select at least 2 days when you will be able to take our call. We may have to call you on a different day if our service is very busy, but we will always check if it is convenient first and we can arrange another day with you if not.



Calls are recorded for training and monitoring purposes. Your call recording will be stored securely for 45 days before being automatically deleted. Please review our privacy policy for further information.

The Sexual Support Service is confidential between you and Prostate Cancer UK. When you submit your email enquiry, you consent to the collection and use of any personal information you provide for the purposes of dealing with your enquiry, and providing you with support and information.
