About you
The Risk Information Service is suitable for you if you want to know more about your risk of prostate cancer, but you haven’t been diagnosed, and you don’t have any symptoms. We also welcome calls from anyone worried about a loved one's risk. If you have been diagnosed with prostate cancer, are currently undergoing investigations, and/or you have symptoms you’re worried about, please contact our Specialist Nurses on 0800 074 8383.

Although we're happy to take email enquiries from outside the UK, we can only give general information about prostate cancer or disease. This is due to the differences in healthcare service provision in other countries.
Getting in touch
We're often able to provide a more complete answer if we can talk to you directly. Please note that if you are enquiring from outside the UK we will not be able to contact you by telephone.
Calls are recorded and may be monitored for training purposes. Your call recording will be stored securely for 45 days before being automatically deleted. Please review our privacy policy for further information.
Privacy and confidentiality
You consent to the collection and use of any information you provide in accordance with the above purposes and our privacy statement. Any personal information supplied to the Risk Information Officer will be used for the purpose of dealing with your enquiry. We would only pass on identifying details in exceptional circumstances in order to comply with the law.
