We believe that education and training is central to excellent care and treatment for men with prostate disease. As part of our commitment to improving care for men we offer funds to support organisations providing education on prostate disease.

Prostate disease, from diagnosis through to treatment, is extremely complex, and new research and evidence makes this an evolving field. As prostate cancer becomes increasingly common, we want to ensure that all health and social care professionals working with men have the education and training they need to manage their prostate health.

We want to support organisations in supplying these opportunities to ensure that professionals can access the learning and skills they need, no matter where they are in the country.

If you are an organisation providing UK based educational opportunities that have a clear focus on prostate cancer and prostate diseases then you can apply for funding. Bursaries of up to £5000 per activity are offered to organisations wishing to provide UK based educational activity on prostate cancer and/or benign disease, whether that’s running training events, study days, conferences, clinical updates or something similar.

Before applying for an organisational bursary please read the guidance documents for further advice on eligibility, application process and terms and conditions.

Deadline: Bursary applications are reviewed on an individual basis, please contact us in the first instance to discuss your application and to receive an application pack. You can contact us via email or phone (0203 310 7000).

Please note, we recommend that you apply for a bursary at least three months before your planned activity is due to commence.
