Active Surveillance online support group

Each month we run an online support group for men on active surveillance. If you’re on active surveillance and want to chat and share experiences with other men in a similar situation, then join the group.

To join the group, fill out the form below and we’ll send you a link to join the chat before each session.

The group will run on: 2nd Tuesday of every month 7-8pm

Frank and Hugh will be facilitating the sessions. They’ll help to make sure you get the most out of each chat and that everyone is able to share their experiences and support each other.
