UK Black Pride is Europe’s largest celebration for LGBTQ people of African, Asian, Caribbean, Middle Eastern and Latin American descent.

Prostate Cancer UK will joining the Black Pride Festival in London for the first time and we’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help us raise awareness of the increased risk of prostate cancer for black men.

The basics

  • Sunday 7th July
  • Location: Haggerston Park Yorkton St, London E2 8NH, UK
  • Shifts are available - You can choose between 11.30am -3pm (Shift 1) or 2.30pm – 6pm (Shift 2) 
    (If you can only volunteer for a shorter time, let us know and we'll work around your availability!)

We welcome any volunteers irrespective of their sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, ethnicity, faith and religion, disability and age, and we would encourage members of the black LGBT community who might also have been affected by prostate cancer.
