    TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    WIN VIP TICKETS TO THE SKY BET CHAMPIONSHIP PLAY-OFF FINAL WITH PAUL MERSON AND SPECIAL GUEST

    1.  The competition seeks to select 2 winners at random from those who have completed an entry form on Prostate Cancer UK’s website (the  “Competition”). The winners will receive VIP tickets to the Sky Bet Championship Play-Off Final with Paul Merson and special guest. The Competition is hosted by Prostate Cancer UK, the Official Charity Partner of the EFL.
    2.  The prize shall consist of:
      a; 4 VIP tickets in the Bobby Moore Room to the Sky Bet Championship Play-Off Final at Wembley on Saturday 26 May 2018;
      b; 4 seats at a table for pre-match dinner and drinks with former professional players Paul Merson and special guest; and
      c; Accommodation close to Wembley the night before the final (Friday 25 May 2018) consisting of 2 x twin rooms (together, the “Prize”).
    3. To be eligible for the prize, you must have completed and submitted the form titled “EFL competition” on Prostate  Cancer UK’s website by 11.59pm closing on Monday 07 May 2018. Only one entry per person will be accepted.
    4. There will be 2 winners drawn randomly by Prostate Cancer UK. Each winner shall win the Prize.The successful entrants will be notified by email within 24 hours of the prize draw on Tuesday 8 May 2018. The email notification will then followed up in writing including accommodation arrangements. Details of the successful entrant may be obtained upon written request from Prostate Cancer UK.
    5. All entrants must be resident in the UK. Entries from persons resident outside the UK will not be accepted.
    6. All entrants must be aged 18 and over.
    7. No purchase is necessary for entry.
    8. Prostate Cancer UK reserves all rights to disqualify entrants whose conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Competition.
    9. The winners must be available to participate in all associated publicity/media campaigns in conjunction with Prostate Cancer UK. These could include posts published on social media, a film interview, press release(s) and a phone call when the winner is announced.
    10. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be given. Under no circumstances can the winner accept the prize, pass on or sell on to a third party. If the successful entrants (i) are unable to accept the prize or (ii) cannot be contacted by Prostate Cancer UK within 7 days of the relevant draw date, then Prostate Cancer UK shall be entitled to select another winner.
    11. Personal data supplied during the course of this campaign will not be shared outside of Prostate Cancer UK except as stated in clause 12 below.
    12. Prostate Cancer UK may use all entrants’ personal data to keep them updated about the competition. By the act of entering this competition the entrants consent to their personal data being used in this way. Entrants may require Prostate Cancer UK not to cease using their data in this way at any time by emailing info@prostatecanceruk.org.     13. Once the winners are selected they must provide full names, addresses, dates of birth, email addresses, supporting clubs, and travelling arrangements (car/train) for themselves and their guests to the Promoter. This information will be passed to security at Wembley Stadium. Winners’ names may be used in publicity and their details may be used to fulfil laws around competitions of this nature. Winners’ and their guests’ names and details will be shared with both finalist clubs and the EFL to ensure they are not subject to any football banning order.
    14. Winners will be met on the day of the event by a representative from Prostate Cancer UK to be given their tickets and escorted into Wembley
    15. Winners are responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their guests whilst enjoying the Prize. The Promoter and stadium operator reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude a winner and/or guest from participation in the Prize if a Winner and/or their guest(s) (i) fail to comply with the directions of the Promoter or any companies associated with providing the Prize, (ii) act in a manner that is dangerous to themselves, to the public, is anti-social in any manner, which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others or  (iii) is/are subject to a banning order or Club ban.
    16. To the extent permitted by law, Prostate Cancer UK, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any entrants or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of participating in the Competition except where it is caused by the negligence of Prostate Cancer UK, its agents or distributors or that of their employees.
    17. Prostate Cancer UK will not accept responsibility for competition entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
    18. By entering this competition, entrants are deemed to have read, accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entrants are advised that these terms and conditions include the Football League Ltd Conditions of Ticketing Issue as well as Wembley Stadiums Ground Regulations.     19. Prostate Cancer UK reserves the right to amend or alter these terms and conditions from time to time.
    20. Members of staff at Prostate Cancer UK and their immediate families or households are not permitted to take part in the Competition.
    21. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes
