Unforgettable scenery meets the ultimate running challenge in this epic event. Take on the world's greatest team running challenge starting in Sittingbourne, running out to the coast at Dover and follow the sea to the finish line in Brighton. Get together a team of 10 and take it in turns to run 170 miles, while raising money to help stop prostate cancer being a killer. 

Join us in 2019

You can secure a guaranteed charity place in the 2019 Ragnar Relay by paying a £20 registration fee per person (£200 for the team) and pledging to raise £1,500 in sponsorship. Or, if you've already secured your team's entry you can join us and raise as much as you can!

When does the Ragnar Relay take place? 

The event starts on 21 September and you'll run through the night with your team, finishing on 22 September. 

What time does the Ragnar Relay start?

You'll start the first leg on Saturday morning and take turns with your team members to run 3 legs each covering 170 miles, finishing by Sunday evening.
