1 in 8 men will get prostate cancer. By running for Prostate Cancer UK, you're not only challenging yourself but also helping raise vital funds and awareness of the most common cancer in men.

A route like no other
Picture this: you'll run down Pall Mall, make your way to the grandeur of Downing Street, and all the while, you'll be treated to spectacular views of London's most iconic treasures.
Marvel at the majesty of Big Ben, take in the timeless beauty of St. Paul's Cathedral and gaze upon Nelson's Column.
When you need that adrenaline boost at mile 10, we'll be there. We’re famous for having the loudest, most positive and morale-building cheer points. Listen out for us cheering your name and give us a wave. It’s impossible to miss us, we make sure of it.

The London Landmarks Half Marathon should provide a comfortable running experience for all. Participants with disabilities are welcome to take part.
The route is wheelchair accessible, but wheelchair places are limited.
