Whatever your reason for riding, make this cycle count. All cyclists and types of bikes are welcome at our Big Blue Bike Ride.

Sign up today and you'll receive one of our branded technical cycling jerseys to wear with pride on the ride. On event day, enjoy a fully signposted route, mechanical support and snacks to keep you moving, our post-ride event village and your medal to showcase what you achieved. Simply sign up via our online form and pay the £35 reg fee.

We recommend aiming for a £200 fundraising target but watch that total rise as you share a link to your JustGiving page with friends and family to drive those lifesaving donations.

Both routes go through our Mile for Men: a mile dedicated to all the dads, brothers, partners, grandads, and mates affected by prostate cancer. When you enter the Mile for Men, take a moment to remember your reason for riding:

Ride for the 1 in 8 men affected by prostate cancer in the UK.

Remember and celebrate the times you’ve shared with the men you love.

Reflect on the challenge you’ve taken on to help save men’s lives.
