The event will focus on living with and beyond prostate cancer. Topics such as the Men at Risk programme, new pathways of follow up - primary care led follow up, patient experiences, consequences of treatment, holistic care planning in primary care follow-up will be covered during the day.

  • 11.30 - 11.50 Short break and tea/coffee - Networking
  • 11.50 - 12.45 New pathways of follow up - primary care led follow up and improving patient experience

  • 12.45 - 13.30 Lunch and networking
  • 13.30 - 15.45 Consequences of treatment - to cover LUTS, ED, fatigue
  • 13.30 - 15.45 Concurrent session: holistic care planning for patients in primary care follow up.
    This will cover holistic needs assessment, overview of consequences of treatment, signposting for patients **
  • 15.45 - 16.00 Closing remarks

** Please note that the holistic care planning session is aimed at primary care nurses but also open to GPs too.
