Nicola is our Interim Director of Fundraising and Supporter Engagement, looking after our income targets and our fundraising products.
She was Director at MS Society where she instigated the Stop MS appeal, aiming to raise £100m in 10 years for MS research. Working alongside people living with and affected by multiple sclerosis means Nicola focused on engagement with audiences who have so much to offer to the community.
Nicola was previously Director of Audience Engagement at Oxfam after 25 years as a fundraising and marketing lead. Here she led the team that focused on the customers to ensure they embraced Oxfam’s mission and could do so in their way and on their terms. She volunteered regularly at shops, events and festivals to understand the customer and hear their ideas.
Nicola loves getting out on her motorbike, but that’s been curtailed during lockdowns. She also enjoys going to gigs and music festivals and has managed to do this virtually more recently.
