specialist nurses who will aim to respond to you within 24 hours.
However, this is a popular service and it may take up to
three working days before you receive your response. If your
query is urgent or you have lots of questions, you will receive a
much quicker response by calling our Helpline.
Please note, we are unable to respond to queries from
outside the UK, as there are differences in healthcare service
provision in other countries.
