Love London? Volunteer with us at the Royal Parks Half Marathon, one of the UK's most picturesque races.
On Sunday 9 October 2016 we have a team of 80 runners taking part in the Royal Parks Half Marathon for Prostate Cancer UK, and we're hoping that together they will raise over £60,000 for us.
This mammoth event sees over 12,000 runners taking to the streets through the stunning autumn colours of London’s Royal Parks. Starting and finishing in Hyde Park, runners will pass by some of the capital’s most iconic landmarks, including Buckingham Palace, the Houses of Parliament and the Royal Albert Hall.
There's a fantastic atmosphere on the day, and you can be part of it by volunteering to support our runners! You can either volunteer alone or with friends and family – there will be lots of other volunteers and staff there on the day to help make sure you have a great time.
We need enthusiastic volunteers to help at this year’s Royal Park Half Marathon. Come along and join our staff at our cheer point and at post race reception - this is a fantastic way to experience the excitement of race day and support the people taking part!
We require approximately 16 volunteers to help us at both our supporter cheer point and at post race reception between 9am and 1pm.
