While most of our supporters gamble within their means, we recognise that gambling can be a problem for some.

To support problem gamblers, we operate a self-exclusion policy which means that you will not receive any marketing material from us about our raffles. The exclusion will start after you notify us with your intentions and will last for a minimum of six months.

If you are worried about your gambling or that of someone you know and wish to self-exclude from Prostate Cancer UK lotteries, please inform the Supporter Care Team at supportercare@prostatecanceruk.org, ring 0845 601 6936 or write to Prostate Cancer UK, Fourth Floor, The Counting House, 53 Tooley Street, London, SE1 2QN. A subscriber who uses an exclusion form will not be able to participate in the Charity’s lottery. The self-exclusion will appear on your record on our database.
