In a dramatic, goal-laced affair the UK Parliamentary Football
Club edged out a Men
United Allstars team 6-5 in a charity match to raise awareness
of a disease that affects 1 in 8 men.
Before the game, the UK Parliamentary FC annouced they would
donate £100 for every goal scored during the 90 minutes.

However, it was Arsenal FC's Assistant Club Secretary, Michael
O'Brien (also pictured), who lit up the match with a piece of
tekkers worthy of Soccer AM.
David Beckham and, less than a fortnight ago, Wayne Rooney, had
both netted spectacularly from way out in the capital, and Arsenal
maestro O’Brien, who started the match on the home teamsheet,
repeated the trick in audacious fashion. Goal keeper, and Man of
the Match, Errol McKellar could only look on as another £100 goal
nestled in the Men
United onion bag.
Taking aim from halfway, shortly after his loan side had fallen
5-3 down, it proved a pivotal moment as Men United were picked off
in the closing stages.
And it was left to Clive Betts to collect the iconic trophy
after the game, on a day that £1,100 was raised for the charity by
the Westminster-based squad – one for every goal netted.
If you want to help give prostate cancer a real beating, sign for Men
United today. We can win this.
