The Football League Mascot Race ends in controversy

Third / Fourth play off for The Mascot Race to settle
the matter once and for all!
Doncaster Races played host to Prostate Cancer UK & The
Football League's mascot race.
While it was a great day out for the 26 mascots turning out in
support of Prostate Cancer UK, following an official steward's
enquiry the race ended in controversy.
Yorkie, York City FC's mascot, stole the show with an
emphatic victory finishing ahead of Billy Brewer of
Burton Albion in second.
However, Chaddy the Owl of Oldham Athletic made the
official podium finish in third. But a rematch has been sought by
fourth placed Mr Magpie after Sky Sports News footage appeared to
show a different result.
As luck would have it Chaddy will now take on Mr Magpie on
Saturday 5th January 2013 at Meadow Lane to settle it once and for
