Holiday
Entitlement is 28 days holiday per year for full time members of
staff and pro-rated for those who work part-time.
Training and Development
There are opportunities to learn - whether from colleagues,
a tailored internal or an external course, from mentoring or
coaching from your line manager. We will encourage you to develop
and broaden your knowledge and skills. You will be expected to help
manage your learning and development and will agree your training
and development objectives with your manager as part of your
Performance Development Plan.

Staff Forum
Our active Staff Forum represents the views of staff members
across the Charity.
Working Hours
Full time hours are 37.5 hours per week. There is flexibility to
start earlier/later than 9am and finish earlier/later than 5pm to
fit in with your personal commitments and/or travel, where the
nature of the work allows.
We believe that a healthy work life balance is important to
ensure we all have sufficient time with our families, friends and
to enjoy our leisure activities. We are committed to making the
Charity an environment where a healthy work life balance can be
maintained.
Probationary Period
All positions are subject to a satisfactory probationary period
of six months.
